- Why are prices not final yet?
- We're finalizing payment processing alongside the web sign-up launch. Until then, every desktop user is on the Free tier. Web sign-up + the Premium tier ship together — no surprise upgrades.
- Will the Free tier shrink?
- No. Three stories per week was chosen because it covers most parents most weeks. Free will stay free at launch and after.
- What happens to stories I created on Free if I cancel Premium?
- Every story you create stays yours. Cancellation drops you back to the Free tier with all your existing stories intact. You can still read, export, and share them.
- Is there a family plan?
- Not yet. Premium is per-account today. A family plan is on the roadmap once we have enough signal from real subscribers to size it right.
